1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of rehabilitation of children with disability which is applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget according to the Rehabilitation of Children with Disability program (further - budgetary funds).
2. In this Procedure the terms "rehabilitation organization", "rehabilitation actions", "individual program of rehabilitation" are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine".
The individual program of rehabilitation is obligatory for execution by rehabilitation organizations according to article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine".
3. The main manager of budgetary funds is Minsotspolitiki.
Managers of budgetary funds of the lowest level are:
Social Security Fund of disabled people (further - Fund) - the executive in charge of the budget program;
