According to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Public auditing service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2016 No. 43, and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:
1. Approve the Direction sample for officials of the Public auditing service of Ukraine, its interregional territorial authorities on carrying out information collection which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Public auditing service of Ukraine of September 6, 2017 No. 185 "About approval of sample of the Direction for officials of bodies of the Public auditing service of Ukraine on carrying out collection of data, information and data", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 25, 2017 for No. 1179/31047.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of strategic planning, reporting and methodology of the Public auditing service of Ukraine this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and its promulgation after state registration on the official website of the Public auditing service of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
