About approval of the Regulations on provision of the parcels of land under subsurface use

The government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on provision of the parcels of land under subsurface use.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of fuel and energy complex, mining industry and natural resources of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Regulations on provision of the parcels of land under subsurface use

1. The regulations on provision of the parcels of land under subsurface use (further - the Provision) are developed according to the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About subsoil" and "About environmental protection" and govern the relations between subsoil users and owners of land entitlements in the Kyrgyz Republic taking into account specifics of mountain and prospecting production.

2. The parcels of land under subsurface use are provided in temporary use for:

- geological studying of licensed areas;

- developments of mineral deposits.

Geological studying of licensed areas without violation of integrity of the land surface and subsoil (searches of mineral deposits) is performed without alienation of the parcel of land.
