About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social protection of children without parental support"

Article 1. Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social protection of children without parental support" (of September 24, 2002, ZR-411-N) to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. The size of the salary of employees of the state specialized organizations performing care of children without parental support, and their education cannot be below the triple size, the stipulated in Article 1 Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the minimum monthly salary" concerning which the allowance in the amount of 50% of tariff salary (official rate) of the worker is established.
The list of such specialized organizations establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2007.
