Article 1. Part 2 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of September 24, 2002 of ZR-411-N "About social protection of children without parental support" after the words "state body of territorial administration" to add with the words "and in the city of Yerevan-the mayor of Yerevan".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective the next Monday after official publication of the decision on election of members of council of elders of Yerevan by results of the first elections of the Council of Elders of Yerevan.
