About obligatory confirmation of conformity of products in the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of safety of products for life and health of the person, the environment, homeland security and competitive domestic production corresponding to regulating documents and meeting consumer requirements, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve enclosed:
1) the list of products and the services which are subject to obligatory certification;
2) the list of products which compliance is allowed to be confirmed with the declaration of conformity.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
