Article 1. In the subitem "v" of item 4 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About use of the privileges on tax, customs and obligatory payments provided by the agreement "About cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the United States of America on simplification of control of the humanitarian and technical and economic assistance" signed on December 15, 1992" (further - the Law) to "citizens of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words words to "physical persons", and the word "insurance" - the word "providing".
Article 2. To add article 2 of the Law with Item 4.1 of the following content:
"4. 1) foreign citizens and stateless persons are exempted from making payments on obligatory social security, subject to payment from the income paid to them.".
Article 3. In the first paragraph of article 3 of the Law to replace the word "insurance" with the word "providing".
Article 4. In article 5 of the Law of the word "Ministry of State Revenues" shall be replaced with words "Committee of state revenues under the Government", and words of "finance and economy" - the word of "finance".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication, and its action extends to the relations which arose after December 1, 2010.
