Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About use of the privileges on tax, customs and obligatory payments provided by the agreement "About cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the United States of America on simplification of control of the humanitarian and technical and economic assistance" signed on December 15, 1992" (further - the Law):
The word "from the income tax" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 "from the income tax";
2) in the subitem "v" of item 4 of the word "obligatory payments on social security" shall be replaced with words "social payment";
3) in Item 4.1 of the word "obligatory payments on social security" shall be replaced with words "social payment";
Shall be replaced with words 4) in Item 5 of the word "from road payments" "from road tax".
Article 2. In article 3 of the Law of the word "from obligatory payments on social security" shall be replaced with words "from social payment".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
