DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

About the Program for development (modification, review) of interstate standards as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of fish and fish products" (TR EEU 040/2016), and also interstate standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of fish and fish products" (TR EEU 040/2016) and implementation of assessment of conformity of objects of technical regulation is provided

(as amended on 15-08-2023)

For the purpose of realization of the principles provided by subitems 11 and 12of Item 1 of article 51 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and according to Item 7 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve the enclosed Program for development (modification, review) of interstate standards as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of fish and fish products" (TR EEU 040/2016), and also interstate standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of fish and fish products" (TR EEU 040/2016) and implementation of assessment of conformity of objects of technical regulation is provided.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
