Question of state registration of higher educational institutions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the State register of higher educational institutions which are applied.

2. Item 4 of the Regulations on the State accreditation commission approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 29, 2003 N1380 "About Licensing of Educational Services" (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, N 36, Art. 1946), to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"prepares offers on inclusion of higher educational institutions in the State register of higher educational institutions and their exception of the specified Register".

Regulations on the State register of higher educational institutions

1. The state register of higher educational institutions (further the Register) is system of collection, accumulating, processing, the analysis and use of information about higher educational institutions of all types and patterns of ownership, their separated structural divisions (branches, representations, etc.) created in the territory of Ukraine and beyond its limits, other legal entities who provide educational services in industry of the higher education (further - higher educational institutions) based on the license granted by MON.

2. The register is created on purpose:

carrying out analytical researches and forecasting of tendencies of development of system of the higher education;

carrying out observations of structural changes in system of the higher education - creation, reorganization (merge, accession, division, transformation) and liquidation of higher educational institutions;
