Bring in the Procedure for issue of permissions to performance of works of the increased danger and on operation (application) of machines, mechanisms, the equipment of the increased danger, No. 1107 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2011 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 84, Art. 3077; 2018, No. 15, the Art. 509), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for issue of permissions to performance of works of the increased danger and on operation (application) of machines, mechanisms, the equipment of the increased danger

1. State Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. The issue term (prolongation of effective period) of permission or the notification of the employer, producer or supplier on refusal in its issue (prolongation of effective period) constitutes ten working days from the date of receipt of the documents specified in Item 9 of this Procedure (in case of prolongation of effective period of permission - documents, the specified in paragraphs five and pole of Item 15 of this Procedure).".

2. State Item 15 in the following edition:

"15. Effective period of permission to performance of works of the increased danger or on operation of machines, mechanisms and the equipment of the increased danger constitutes five years.

The validity of permission is extended:

State work - on performance of works of the increased danger, specified in Item 1 of appendix 2;
