1. Item 9 of the Regulations on the National register of electronic information resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2004 No. 326 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 11, Art. 665; 2018, No. 41, to the Art. 1450) to state in the following edition:
"9. For registration of e-resource in the National register the holder (manager) submits the registration application of e-resource with use of means of program complex of the National register taking into account requirements of the legislation concerning documentation of management activity in which he specifies general information about the corresponding e-resource and types of data which it creates.
Execution of the statement comes to the end with creation of the qualified digital signature of the head or person authorized by the head.".
2. In item 4 of the Regulations on the State agency concerning the electronic control of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 492 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 80, Art. 2269; 2018, No. 57, Art. 1988; 2019, No. 13, Art. 473):
Shall be replaced with words 1) in subitem 2-1 of the word of "drafts of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers" "drafts of regulatory legal acts";
