About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of further enhancement of system of settlement for natural gas and non-admissions of sharp growth of rates the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. S. Sultanov and the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekneftegaz B. B. Sidikov.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the Instructions for use natural gas approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 12, 2018 No. 22 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 1, the Art. 10):

a) Item 10:

add with the paragraph third the following content:

"to departmental and municipal housing stock, hostels of legal entities and partnerships of private homeowners - for gas supply of the population and to local boiler rooms - for needs of the population";

third to consider the paragraph the paragraph the fourth;

b) add Item 103 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The rate for the natural gas established for residential customers is applied to the departmental and municipal housing stock, hostels of legal entities and partnerships of private homeowners using natural gas for gas supply of the population, and the local boiler rooms using natural gas for needs of the population".
