According to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" concerning preserving integrity, ensuring reliable and effective functioning of the integrated power system of Ukraine, the Regulations on the Ministry of Fuel and Energy approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 14, 2000 N598/2000, the Instructions for use electrical energy approved by the resolution of the National commission on questions of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of July 31, 1996 N 28, the Regulations on the state energy supervision of the modes of consumption of electrical and heat energy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 7, 1996 N929 and for the purpose of further streamlining of relations of subjects of power industry and consumers of electrical energy concerning monitoring procedure of the modes of electric power
I ORDER:
1. Approve the Technique of carrying out control measurements of the practical electric power in consumers in hours of maximum of loading of the integrated power system of Ukraine (further the Technique) which is applied.
2. To department concerning power industry (Ulitich Yu. I.), in accordance with the established procedure to give to the Head legal department (Matveev V. G.) the Technique on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
