According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 28, 2018, and also for the purpose of the coordination of development and control of implementation of actions directed to increase in level of traffic safety of high-speed trains, ensuring the approved and effective interaction of involved state bodies, business entities, executive bodies on places and law enforcement agencies within the solution of questions and tasks on enhancement of system of safety of rail haulings on high-speed railway districts, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. UP-5527 "About Measures for Cardinal Reducing and Further Optimization of Interdepartmental Collegiate Organs":

1. Transform the Interdepartmental commission on safety of high-speed trains on the railway district Tashkent-Samarkand to the Interdepartmental commission on the organization and coordination of implementation of measures, and also control of safety of movement on high-speed railway districts.

2. Determine the main objectives of the Interdepartmental commission:

assistance in enhancement of state regulation in the field of safety of rail haulings on high-speed railway districts, exception of unreasonable external interference to the sphere of the organization of high-speed train service;

ensuring effective interaction, including information, between the interested ministries and departments, the companies of rail transport and other organizations regarding the activities directed to increase in level of safety of rail haulings on high-speed railway districts;

implementation of monitoring of implementation of actions on safety of rail haulings on high-speed railway districts.

3. Approve:

Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on the organization and coordination of implementation of measures, and also on control of safety of movement on high-speed railway districts according to appendix No. 1;
