According to Item 5 parts three, to Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve Change in the Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 2, 2012 No. 1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 for No. 1273/21585, which is applied.
2. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 6, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2012 for No. 1494/21806, which are applied.
3. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
