About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About import and export of cultural values"

Article 1. In the seventh paragraph of part of 1 Article 3, Items 3 and 5 of part of 1 Article 7, items 4 and 4.1 parts of 1 Article 8, Items 3 and 4 of part 1 and part 4 Articles 11, speak rapidly 2 Articles 12, of part 5 of Article 13, to article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 2004 of ZR-176-N "About import and export of cultural values" (further - the Law) the word "certificate" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "the conclusion (the allowing document)".

Article 2. Regarding 1 Article 8:

Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5) is approved by the list of documents of the cultural values which are subject to restriction for transportation on customs area of the Republic of Armenia, documents of National Archive Funds, originals of archive documents;";

To add 2) with Item 5.1 of the following content:

"5. 1) on reverse side of photos of the cultural values and objects of cultural value which are subject to export without restrictions declared on export or temporary export is certified by their authenticity at the request of the applicant;".
