1. In paragraph four of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 1996 No. 143:
the words "Sea Trade Port Southern, Special Port Oktyabrsk" shall be replaced with words "Seaport the Southern", Specialized seaport of Olviya".
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 09.02.2022 No. 136
3. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2007 No. 1073 "About water area borders of seaport Youzhny" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 66, Art. 2545; 2013, No. 44, Art. 1579):
"Seaport Youzhny" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word "seaport "Youzhny".;
"Seaport Youzhny" shall be replaced with words 2) in the name of appendix to the resolution of the word "seaport "Youzhny".
