In subitem 5-3 of Item 1 of the list of paid services which can be provided by the educational institutions, other organizations and institutions of education system relating to the state and utility pattern of ownership, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 27, 2010 No. 796 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 67, to Art. 2410; 2017, No. 38, Art. 1208; 2018, No. 68, the Art. 2289), words" (except certification cases to person who has one of the certain documents confirming free possession of state language)" to exclude.

In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2017 No. 301 "About the organization of carrying out certification of persons applying for revenues to public service, rather free ownership of state language" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 38, the Art. 1208, No. 88, the Art. 2700):
"Higher educational institutions" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word "institutions of higher education";
