Chapter I General provisions

Article 1. Field of regulation and purpose of the law

(1) This law establishes the main regulatory base for protection, preserving and rational use of hunting fauna, and also the right of persons and societies on conducting hunting.

(2) Legal regulation of the relations in the field of protection, preserving and uses of hunting fauna is based on recognition of management of hunting fauna by the certain area.

(3) the Individuals of types of wild fauna containing in zoos, used in the art purposes, and also containing in nurseries of the game intended for consumption do not fall under action of provisions of this law.

(4) Control of hunting fauna is exercised in the following purposes:

a) rational use of hunting fauna in the conditions of its preserving and preserving biodiversity;

b) reduction in compliance of interests of users of lands for the purpose of ensuring ecological equilibrium;

c) protection of the rights and interests of managing directors of hunting fauna, and also hunters;

d) preserving and promotion of national hunting traditions and hunting ethics.

Article 2. Basic concepts

For the purposes of this law the following basic concepts are used:

The administrator-central administrative authority given authority on environmental protection and providing administration of hunting fauna;

administration of National hunting fund activities for development and deployment of state policy about hunting and hunting funds by means of the organization, planning and realization of tasks in the field of hunting, and also by monitoring and control in the respective area;
