Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender on appointment of the managing director (temporary administration) for management of the power supplier it (is applied).

1. This Provision which is developed according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.07.2000 of N1139 "About Approval of the Procedure for Application of Sanctions for Violation of the Law about Power Industry" regulates procedure for carrying out competitive selection on appointment of the independent expert or legal entity for accomplishment of functions of the interim manager (the head or the employee of administration).
2. The decision on carrying out tender and on its conditions is accepted at meeting of the National commission of regulation of power industry (further - NKRE) and is drawn up by the relevant resolution.
3. For carrying out tender the order of the Chairman of NKRE forms tender committee, its members affirm.
