1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2012 No. 46 "About establishment of cost of excise stamp for marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from the name of the word "and tobacco products";
1.2. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on part one of Item 3 of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 429-Z";
1.3. in Item 1:
to exclude from paragraph two of the word "Republic of Belarus";
the fourth to exclude the paragraph.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 27, 2019.
