About enhancement of activities of Council for development of entrepreneurship

For the purpose of activation of participation of representatives of business community in development of measures for regulation of business activity, to attraction to the country of investments and to stimulation of development of economy I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2017 No. 370 "About Council for development of entrepreneurship" the following changes:

To be reworded as follows regulations on Council for development of entrepreneurship it (is applied);

to be reworded as follows structure of Council for development of entrepreneurship it (is applied).

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in six-months time to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

Regulations on Council for development of entrepreneurship

1. Council on development of entrepreneurship (further - Council) is the permanent consultative body in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus created for the purpose of participation of business community in development of effective measures for state regulation of business activity, to stimulation of investments and long-term development of economy.

Council provides interaction of business community with state bodies and the organizations on cooperative principles, mutual trust of the parties.

2. Council in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus, including this Provision, the laws of the Republic of Belarus, other acts of the legislation, and also the regulations approved by Council.
