About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2016 No. 248
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the State program "Energy saving" for 2016-2020 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2016 No. 248, the following changes:
1.1. from Chapter 3 part seven the first offer to exclude;
1.2. in Chapter 7 part six:
after the paragraph of the eighth to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"implementation of actions on increase in share of electrical energy in final consumption of energy resources with reduction of consumption of primary imported hydrocarbon fuel;";
after the paragraph of the thirteenth to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"reduction of consumption of primary imported hydrocarbon fuel due to increase in efficiency of engineering procedures with deepening of electrification of industrial production;";
after the paragraph of the twenty second to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"reduction of consumption of primary imported hydrocarbon fuel for the realization account of actions for increase in share of electrical energy in final consumption of energy resources;";
after the paragraph of the twenty sixth to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"optimization of schemes of heat supply in case of new construction (construction of apartment housing stock) with reducing amounts of construction of communications (infrastructure) due to use of electrical energy for needs of heating and hot water supply, including due to implementation of thermal pumps;";
after the paragraph of thirty third to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"use of electric sources of heat energy, including infrared heaters, in agricultural organizations;";
1.3. in Chapter 12:
in part six of figure "136" to replace with figures "150";
in the paragraph the second to replace parts of the sixteenth figure "600" with figures "750";
1.4. 1, of 2, 5 and 6 to the State program to be reworded as follows appendices (are applied);
1.5. in appendix 7 to the State program:
