About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the public institutions which are under authority of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Rename the public institutions which are under authority of departments of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2008 No. 387 "About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 22, the Art. 205) the following changes and amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

364) approval of rules of implementation of purchases of goods, works, services by national managing directors of holdings, national holdings, national companies and organizations, fifty and more percent of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) which directly or indirectly belong to national managing holding, national holding, the national company.";
