1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

This resolution becomes effective after day of its first official publication, except for Item 2, which becomes effective since April 11, 2019, of Item of 3 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by this resolution which is entered for the cities of district value, villages, settlements, rural districts with population two thousand and less people since April 11, 2019 and are effective till January 1, 2020, paragraphs of the twelfth and thirteenth item 4 of changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by this resolution which becomes effective since April 11, 2019.
