1. Approve rates for the paid services rendered by the notary according to Appendix.

2. Determine that:

1) the payment for each notarial action made by the notary includes studying, explanation of all documents necessary for this notarial action, including preparation and issue of documents in model forms, except for preparation and issue of legal documents in case of notarial actions, the stipulated in Item 17 rates approved by this Resolution;

2) in case of notarial actions, the stipulated in Item 17 rates approved by this Resolution, the notary for preparation and issue of legal documents the payment, the stipulated in Item 37 rates approved by this Resolution can be levied in addition;

3) in case of making by the notary of notarial actions out of its office the additional fare no more than in 10-fold size of minimum wage can be levied;

4) correction of slips, the arithmetic mistakes made in the notarial documents certified by the notary and issue as a result of new notarial documents by the corresponding notary is made free of charge;

5) the fourth part of service fee according to the main document is paid for issue of each duplicate of the document certified by the notary with notarial authentication;

6) rates for the paid services rendered by the notary shall be hung out at office of the notary on visible to users by notarial services the place;
