This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for the paragraph of the seventh Item 5 and the paragraph of the fourth Item 7 in the part concerning submission by the citizen of the statement for conducting medico-social examination in electronic form with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)", and also the subitem "b" of Item 8 and Item of 10 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since October 1, 2019.
