About modification of Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory

For the purpose of possibility of execution of long-term visas to foreigners and stateless persons in the territory of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 No. 118 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 22, the Art. 623), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in 60 days from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory

1. In item 4:

The paragraph of the seventh to state 1) in the following edition:

"The long-term visa is drawn up by foreign diplomatic organization of Ukraine or department of consular service MFA as repeated for 90 days if other is not stipulated by the legislation or international treaties of Ukraine.";

2) to add Item after the paragraph of the seventh with new paragraphs of such content:

"The long-term visa can be drawn up by department of consular service MFA only for foreigners or stateless persons which can drive to Ukraine without visa according to the legislation of Ukraine or the international treaty of Ukraine and receive the long-term visa:

for employment; or

for participation in projects implementation of the international technical assistance, registered in accordance with the established procedure; or

for work in representations of the foreign subjects of managing in Ukraine registered in accordance with the established procedure; or
