1. Approve the Procedure for assignment and drawing on disks for laser systems of reading and/or matrix of special identification code it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2001 No. 411 "About procedure for assignment of special identification code for optical disks for laser systems of reading" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 18, the Art. 789);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 17, 2002 No. 673 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2001 No. 411" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 21, the Art. 1041).

Procedure for assignment and drawing on disks for laser systems of reading and/or matrix of special identification code

1. This Procedure installs the mechanism of assignment and drawing on drives for laser systems of reading (further - disks) and/or matrixes of special identification code (further - SID-code).

2. Production of disks and/or matrixes is performed only after assignment to the producer of disks and/or matrixes of SID-code.

The SID-code intends for determination (identification) of the producer of disks and/or matrixes and the disks and/or matrixes made by it.

The SID-code of the producer of disks and/or matrixes in Ukraine is appropriated to Ministry of Economics.
