About modification of some legal acts

This organic law is adopted based on article 106-1 of the Constitution by acceptance on itself the Government of responsibility to Parliament.

Art. I. - In Item b) parts (1) article 4 of the Law on administrative decentralization No. 435/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 29-31, 91), with subsequent changes, word "collection of household waste and order them", shall be replaced with words "collection, step-by-step providing conditions for separate collection and transportation of waste,".

Art. II. - In the Law on waste No. 209/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 459-471, 916), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
