About approval of techniques of determination of specific losses and production and technological costs of natural gas during its transportation by gas distribution networks

For the purpose of reduction of the regulatory base concerning determination of specific losses of natural gas in distribution networks and its production and technological costs in compliance to requirements of the current legislation, according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 1997 N786 "About Procedure for Regulation of Specific Costs of Fuel and Energy Resources in Social Production" and Regulations on the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 14, 2000 N598/2000, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Technique of determination of specific production and technological losses of natural gas during its transportation by gas distribution networks and the Technique of determination of specific production and technological costs of natural gas during its transportation by gas distribution networks (further Techniques), approved with Goskomenergosberezheniya which are applied.

2. Determine that application of Techniques is obligatory for the companies of gas supply and gasification of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy State secretary - the chairman of the board of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine Boyko Yu. A.
