About adoption of shares of joint-stock company "Managing company of the special economic zone "Chemical Taraz Park" from private property in republican property according to the gift agreement

According to the subitem 9) of Item 1 of Article 19, Item 1 of article 169 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property", the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2011 "About approval of Rules of acquisition of rights by the state of the rights to property according to the gift agreement" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 1103

1. Accept in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in republican property of 90% of the block of shares of joint-stock company "Managing company of the special economic zone "Chemical Taraz Park", belonging to United chemical company limited liability partnership, in number of 27 767 839 (twenty seven million seven hundred sixty seven thousand eight hundred thirty nine) pieces according to the gift agreement.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform the necessary actions following from Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Samruk-Kazyna joint-stock company (under approval) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of joint-stock company "The managing company of the special economic zone "Chemical Taraz Park" to Committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
