About modification of Rules of rendering services of telephone communication

1. Add the Rules of rendering services of telephone communication approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2014 No. 1342 "About procedure for rendering services of telephone communication" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 51, Art. 7431; 2016, No. 6, Art. 852; 2017, No. 44, Art. 6522; 2018, No. 46, Art. 7053), Item 119 (1) following content:
"119(1). In the territory of the Russian Federation the operator of mobile radiotelephone communication in the communication network establishes identical conditions of rendering services of mobile radiotelephone communication to each subscriber irrespective of whether there is subscriber within the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation specified in the decision on allocation to such telecom operator of the resource of numbering including the subscriber number allocated to the subscriber or outside the specified territory.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2019.
