About approval of general requirements to implementation of conversion, utilization, destruction or further use of the low-quality and dangerous products withdrawn from circulation

According to article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About withdrawal from turnover, conversion, utilization, destruction or further use of low-quality and dangerous products" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve general requirements to implementation of conversion, utilization, destruction or further use of the low-quality and dangerous products withdrawn from circulation which are applied.

2. To the state committee of industrial policy on offers of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local public administrations, local government bodies in coordination with the Ministry of health protection, the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources, the Ministry of agrarian policy to prepare and to submit within six-months term to the Ministry of Economics the list of the companies which can perform on condition of certification of production in accordance with the established procedure works concerning conversion, utilizations or destructions of the low-quality and dangerous products withdrawn from circulation.
