No. 126-130, 627) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Methodology of the analysis of effects in the course of reasons for drafts of regulations it (is applied).

2. To bodies of the central public management to appoint within the divisions persons responsible for implementation of the analysis of effects in the course of reasons for drafts of regulations.

3. State office:

1) to perform monitoring of carrying out the analysis of effects;

2) to give necessary methodological assistance to the ministries and other central administrative authorities for the purpose of implementation of the analysis of effects in the course of reasons for drafts of regulations;

3) to perform monitoring of publication of the announcement of initiative of development of the regulation, with appendix of the analysis of effects;

4) to provide the logistical support necessary for activities of the Secretariat according to the regulating impact.

4. Provide to the state office management of the Working group of State commission on regulation of business activity and provide the logistical support necessary for its meetings, and also provide publication on the official web page of the agenda of meetings and examinations of the Working group of State commission on regulation of business activity.
