About modification of the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to small privatization and determination of additional terms of sale

Bring in the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to small privatization and determination of additional terms of sale approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2018 No. 432 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 47, the Art. 1641, No. 62, the Art. 2136), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to small privatization and determination of additional terms of sale

1. To add item 4 after the word of "auction" with words "and if for participation in auction any application is not submitted or the application is submitted for participation in auction from one buyer, - in day of the expiration of deadline of reception of applications on participation in electronic auction".

2. State Item 20 in the following edition:

"20. The privatization authority after the conclusion with the operator of an electronic trading platform of the agreement on holding electronic auctions selling subjects to small privatization through the personal account publishes in the register the list of objects, privatizeable, and/or changes to it within five working days from the date of its approval and/or modification of such list.".
