About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1065/2016 about approval of sanitary regulations about tobacco products and similar products

Based on Articles 3, 11, 13 and 24 Laws No. 278/2007 on control over tobacco (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 258-261, 489) and article 6 of the Law No. 10/2009 on the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183) the Government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1065/2016 about approval of sanitary regulations about tobacco products and similar products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 314, of the Art. 1143) to make the following changes:

To add 1) after formula of acceptance with formula of harmonization of the following content:

"This resolution partially shifts the Directive 2014/40/EU of the European parliament and Council of April 3, 2014 about rapprochement of the legislative, regulating and administrative regulations of the EU member states concerning production, representation in the market and sales of tobacco products and similar products and on cancellation of the Directive 2001/37/EU published in the Official magazine of the European Union (OJ) No. L 121 of April 29, 2014";

2) in appendices No. 2 and 3 of the word "National Center of Public Health" in any case shall be replaced with words "The national agency public health" in the corresponding case;

3) in appendix No. 2:

a) add item 4 with the concepts "tobacco for heating" "filtered cigarette", "non-filtered cigarette" of the following content:
