About modification of the Regulations on the group of experts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, for the purpose of increase in efficiency and transparency of provision of medical care to the population of Ukraine, enhancement of organizational and methodical, medical and diagnostic work and ensuring effective coordination by specialists of the profile directions I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the Regulations on the group of experts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of March 21, 2017 No. 302, registered on April 12, 2017 for No. 488/30356, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To department of implementation of reforms (Gavrilyuk A. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. I reserve control of execution of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
