ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF UKRAINE

of March 21, 2017 No. 302

About approval of the Regulations on groups of experts of MZ of Ukraine

(as amended on 16-01-2023)

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, for the purpose of increase in efficiency and transparency of delivery of health care to the population of Ukraine, enhancements of organizational and methodical, medical and diagnostic work and ensuring effective coordination of the profile directions I order:

1. Approve Regulations on groups of experts of MZ of Ukraine which are applied.

2. Determine that activities of the group of experts of MZ of Ukraine are coordinated by the Minister of Health of Ukraine and his deputies according to distribution of functional obligations.

3. Assign to groups of experts of MZ of Ukraine coordination of activities of specialists of the corresponding profile, medicinal (provizorsky) specialties and professions of junior specialists with medical (pharmaceutical) education.

4. In a month:

1) to the chief non-staff specialist of MZ of Ukraine to transfer to groups of experts of MZ of Ukraine on profile of specialties the available statistical, reporting and other information for further use in work as groups of experts;

2) to Legal support division (Demshevsky L. A.) prepare and provide offers on reduction of acts of organizational and administrative nature or normative and legal content in compliance with this order.

5. To provide to heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine within competence reduction of normative and legal and administrative acts in compliance with this order.

6. Provide to medical department submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

7. I reserve control of execution of this order.
