About approval of sanitary regulations about use and sale of natural mineral waters

Based on part (2) article 6 of the Law No. 10/2009 on the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Sanitary regulations about use and sale of natural mineral waters, according to appendix No. 1;

2) Sanitary regulations about establishment of the list, limits of concentration and requirements to labeling of structure of natural mineral waters, and also conditions on use of the air enriched with ozone for processing of natural mineral and spring waters, according to appendix No. 2;

3) Sanitary regulations about establishment of conditions of use of the activated aluminum for removal of fluorides from natural mineral and spring waters, according to appendix No. 3.

2. To declare appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 934/2007 about creation of the Automated information system "The State Register of the Bottled Natural Mineral Water, Drinking Water and Soft Drinks" invalid (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 131-135, 970).

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the National agency of public health.
