About creation of the Automated information system "The State Register of the Bottled Natural Mineral Water, Drinking Water and Soft Drinks"

For the purpose of strengthening of control of quality of the bottled natural mineral water, drinking water and the Government DECIDES: soft drinks

1. Create the Automated information system "The State Register of the Bottled Natural Mineral Water, Drinking Water and Soft Drinks".

2. Customer of the Automated information system "The State Register of the Bottled Natural Mineral Water, Drinking Water and Soft Drinks" is the Ministry of Health, work and social protection on behalf of subordinated organization - the National agency of public health, and general podryadchikomministerstvo of information development and organizations subordinated to it.

3. Approve:

Sanitary standards of use and sale of natural mineral waters according to appendix No. 1;

Sanitary standards on quality of drinking water according to appendix No. 2;

Regulations on soft drinks according to appendix No. 3;

Regulations on medicinal mineral waters according to appendix No. 4;

The form for submission of information on turnover of the bottled natural mineral water, drinking water and soft drinks of local production and imported according to appendix No. 5.

4. Assign to the Ministry of information development and the National agency of public health development and deployment till October 1, 2007. The automated information system "The State Register of the Bottled Natural Mineral Water, Drinking Water and Soft Drinks".

administration of the www.moldapa.md web page intended for information collection about the bottled natural mineral water, drinking water and soft drinks which turnover will take place in the market of the Republic of Moldova;

ensuring forming of the state information resources of accounting of sources of natural mineral water and the drinking water, turnover made, exported and the imported bottled natural mineral water, drinking water and soft drinks;

collection, accumulating, updating and data analysis about the economic agents who obtained licenses for mining and (or) production and pouring of mineral and natural drinking waters, sanitary authorizations for functioning in the field of production of the bottled natural mineral water, drinking water and soft drinks (accounting of the companies);

ensuring objectivity of results of checks of sources of mineral water, companies for pouring of natural mineral water and drinking water, to production and bottling of soft drinks;

provision of complete and reliable information to authorized bodies of public management according to the basic principles of creation of the automated information system "The State Register of the Bottled Natural Mineral Water, Drinking Water and Soft Drinks";

obtaining from physical persons and legal entities which make is imported or exported and place in the market the bottled natural mineral water, drinking water and soft drinks, information on turnover of the specified products.

Physical persons and legal entities which make or import and place butylated natural mineral water, drinking water and soft drinks in the market, provide to the National agency of public health information on turnover of the bottled natural mineral water, drinking water and soft drinks according to the form provided by appendix No. 5. Physical persons and legal entities which make butylated natural mineral water drinking water and soft drinks provide information once in 10 days, and importers of the this products after each import transaction.
