About realization of separate provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection"

According to Articles 13, "About consumer protection" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES: 14 and 20 Laws of Ukraine

1. Approve:

the list of seasonal goods according to appendix N 1, warranty periods on which are estimated since the beginning of the corresponding season;

the inventory according to appendix N 2, of which producers together with sellers on a contract basis form exchange collection for provision them in temporary use to consumers for the period of warranty repair of the goods purchased by them;

the inventory of proper quality according to appendix N 3, which are not subject to exchange (return) if they do not satisfy consumers for any reasons.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 1991 of N216 "About Approval of the Inventory of Proper Quality Which Are Not Subject to Exchange (Return) to Consumers (Buyers)" (JV USSR, 1991, N 9, the Art. 88).
