No. 295-308, 457) and for the purpose of providing the effective mechanism of development and assessment of documents the politician in the field of human rights, effective implementation of international treaties on human rights which party the Republic of Moldova is and also monitoring of accomplishment of undertaken obligations DECIDES: the Government

1. Create National council on human rights.

2. Approve:

1) structure of National council on human rights, according to appendix No. 1;

2) Regulations on National council on human rights, according to appendix No. 2;

3) Regulations on activities of the coordinator in the field of human rights, according to appendix No. 3.

3. To bodies of local public authority in 2-month time to create the municipal or district commissions on human rights protection and to inform National council on human rights on their structure.

4. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 4.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
