According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 18, 2018 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the State Customs Service"" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 2, 2018 No. PP-3995 "About measures for radical enhancement of system of training of customs authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. ZRU-502:
1. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning investments and foreign economic relations E. M. Ganiyev and the chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. B. Azimov.
