About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 30, 2012 No. 1246

According to the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and the address of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and fuel", I ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 30, 2012 No. 1246 "About approval of the Instruction for maintaining the Unified state register of producers of alcohol of ethyl, cognac and fruit, ethyl alcohol of the rectified grape, ethyl alcohol rectified fruit, alcohol raw grape, alcohol raw fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 20, 2012 for No. 2133/22445, the following changes:

"Cognac and fruit" shall be replaced with words 1) in heading of the order and Item 1 of the word "cognac and fruit and grain distillate", shall be replaced with words words of "grape alcohol raw" "distillate grape spirit", after words "alcohol raw fruit," to add with the word of "bioethanol";

Item 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. Public fiscal service of Ukraine (Vlasov A. S.) provide forming, maintaining and placement on the official web portal of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine of the Unified state register of producers of alcohol of the ethyl, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, ethyl alcohol rectified grape of alcohol of the ethyl rectified fruit, grape distillate spirit, alcohol raw fruit, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.".
