1. Approve the Instruction for maintaining the Unified state register of producers of alcohol of ethyl, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, ethyl alcohol of the rectified grape, ethyl alcohol rectified fruit of distillate grape spirit, alcohol of raw fruit, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products which is applied.

2. To the public fiscal service of Ukraine (Vlasov A. S.) provide forming, maintaining and placement on the official web portal of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine of the Unified state register of producers of alcohol of the ethyl, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, ethyl alcohol rectified grape of alcohol of the ethyl rectified fruit, grape distillate spirit, alcohol raw fruit, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.

3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), to Inspection department behind production and the address of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Radchenko A. P.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
