About some questions of trade in alcoholic beverages
For the purpose of enhancement of regulation of single questions of trade in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: alcoholic beverages
1. Determine that payment by the legal entities performing production and (or) wholesale trade by alcoholic beverages on which the state bodies performing price regulation (rates) establish marginal minimum selling prices of any remunerations (awards, bonuses and other payments) for promotion of these drinks * is not allowed.

* For the purposes of this resolution remunerations (awards, bonuses and other payments) for promotion of alcoholic beverages are understood as the remunerations paid to the legal entity performing trade in alcoholic beverages, in connection with acquisition by it at the supplier of alcoholic beverages in certain quantity, and also for rendering the services directed to increase in demand of buyers for goods, including by advertizing of alcoholic beverages and (or) used for their designation of trademarks, research of the consumer demand, carrying out marketing researches and (or) preparation of information on such researches, preparation of other reporting containing information on alcoholic beverages, other similar services.
