2. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2018 No. 704 "About some questions of trade in alcoholic beverages".
4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item of 1 appendix and this Item - after official publication of this resolution;
paragraphs the seventh, eighth, twenty first - twenty third, the twenty eighth, the twenty ninth, the thirty sixth, forty first and forty second appendix Item 19 - since July 25, 2022;
other provisions of this resolution - since January 21, 2022.
The Item 15 of appendix is effective till March 26, 2022 inclusive.

1. In Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592:
