1. Approve such which are applied:

Procedure for maintaining register of copies of registrars of settlement transactions;

Procedure for maintaining the register of the centers of field service of registrars of settlement transactions (further - the Procedure).

2. Determine that:

1) no later than two months following after month of entry into force of this order, GFS creates the register of copies of registrars of settlement transactions (further - the Register) and includes all copies of the Register of registrars of settlement transactions (further - RRO) which are registered in bodies of GFS and being in operation (except those RRO which are registered for economic units or subjects of managing with the location in temporarily occupied territories) or were in operation on the date of entry into force of this order, with assignment of registration numbers by it;

2) within three months following after month of entry into force of this order, producers (suppliers) submit applications for inclusion in the Register of all copies of RRO which delivery was performed before entry into force of this order which service life did not expire and which are not included in the Register.
